Silly me left the batteries plugged into the charger while it wasn't switched on so it drained them flat. The thing with those lipos is you can't flatten them. Once they drop below a certain voltage, you can't recharge them. In the local hobby shop, about $15-18 each. From HK, about $1.50. I got my msx out of the cupboard the other day.
